Linn Borghuis holds a BA in Cultural Heritage from the Reinwardt Academie in Amsterdam. In June 2008 she graduated on her BA thesis titled 'Digitalization in countries of development', in which Dutch cultural policies in line with cultural heritage institutions and the difficulties in digitalization are evaluated. For CIE she is Freelance working on the repatriation of the ANCODS collection to Australia. Linn runs her own organization, Cultural Motion, for example in advice, project management, digitization projects, and evaluation projects.
